Panther Creek Stays Perfect, Rout Southwest in 63-6 Statement
Panther Creek’s season has been nothing short of dominant, and Thursday night was more of the same. The Panthers steamrolled Southwest 63-6, marking their third consecutive blowout victory—and once again winning by more than 20 points.
The offense lit up the scoreboard behind Donovan Webb, who seemed untouchable every time he touched the ball. Webb punched in four rushing touchdowns on just 52 yards, then added a career-best 49 receiving yards to his night.
Quarterback Graylyn Fry kept the machine humming, spreading the ball all over the field. Fry finished with 256 passing yards and three touchdowns, averaging nearly 11 yards per attempt as he carved up the Raiders’ secondary.
As explosive as the offense was, Panther Creek’s defense deserves its share of the spotlight. Through three games, the Panthers are giving up just over four points per contest, an astonishing stat that highlights how balanced and dangerous this team is on both sides of the ball.
Southwest, meanwhile, couldn’t get anything going consistently and slid to 1-2 on the year.
Looking ahead, Panther Creek will put its undefeated record on the line against Kennedale on September 19, while Southwest tries to rebound in a Thursday clash with Brock.
