Allen Crushes McKinney in 62-0 Rout
The scoreboard told the story Friday night-Allen flexed its dominance with a 62-0 blowout over McKinney, leaving little doubt why the Eagles sit near the top of Texas high school football rankings.
Allen Soars Early and Often
Quarterback Ty Snell had the Eagles’ offense in full flight, throwing for 305 yards and a touchdown on just 13 attempts. His efficiency set the tone, while Josyah Johnson provided a spark at receiver with 80 yards through the air. From the opening drive to the final whistle, Allen showed off its depth and balance, striking in waves.
Bright Spots for the Lions
Despite the lopsided score, McKinney’s defense managed to grab a few highlights of its own. The Lions’ secondary came up with three interceptions, courtesy of Jarvarion Bright, Amir Benefield, and Kaden Scoby. Those turnovers were hard-earned in a game where Allen’s offense was otherwise rolling downhill.
Records & What’s Next
