Anna Survives Frisco 16-14, Stays Unbeaten
Two points. That was the whole margin, and Anna made it stand. The Coyotes edged Frisco 16-14 Friday night in a district nail-biter to move to a perfect 6-0.
The Raccoons had the Coyotes sweating until the end, but Anna found a way to escape with the win.
Anna turns its attention to Memorial next. The Warriors come in at 3-2 after a 45-7 loss to Frisco, and they will be looking for a bounce back in District 4 play.
Frisco drops to 3-3 but has little time to dwell on it. The Raccoons host Denison on Friday, October 9, in another district matchup. The Yellow Jackets arrive at 2-4 after a 55-14 win over Independence.
